Eyaak Games ("Eyaak Games", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, transmit, retain, and safeguard information when you use the WWYD mobile application and related services (the "App").

The AI Analysis feature is optional. No audio, transcript, or question-and-answer content is transmitted for AI processing unless you explicitly request AI Analysis and tap the Continue button on the in-app consent screen.

1. Information We Collect

Camera and Microphone

The App requests access to your device's camera and microphone so that you can record video responses with audio. Camera and microphone access is used only after you grant permission and only when you choose to use a feature that requires recording.

Recorded Videos and Audio

Videos are recorded on your device. When you choose to use the optional AI Analysis feature, the App extracts the audio track from the selected video. The video file itself is not sent to Google Gemini API as part of the standard AI Analysis process.

Question and Transcript Data

When AI Analysis is requested, we process the question selected in the App and the text transcript generated from your recorded audio. These items are used only to generate the analysis you requested.

Device and Technical Information

We may collect limited technical and diagnostic information, such as:

• Device model
• Operating system and version
• Application version
• Crash reports
• Performance and diagnostic information

Subscription and Purchase Information

When you view, purchase, renew, or restore a Premium subscription, the App uses RevenueCat, a subscription management service provided by RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat may process:

• An automatically generated anonymous App User ID
• Purchased product identifiers
• Subscription status, entitlement status, purchase, renewal, expiration, cancellation, and restore events
• Apple transaction and receipt information required to validate the subscription
• Limited technical information such as device type, operating system, App version, and last activity time

The App does not provide RevenueCat with your name, email address, payment card details, recorded videos, recorded audio, speech transcripts, or AI-generated analysis. The App currently uses an anonymous RevenueCat identifier and does not maintain user accounts.

Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Eyaak Games and RevenueCat do not receive your complete payment card or App Store account credentials.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Enable video and audio recording
• Save, preview, play, and share recordings when you choose to do so
• Convert recorded speech into text when you request AI Analysis
• Generate an AI analysis of your response
• Return the requested analysis result to your device
• Display Premium plans and complete or restore subscription purchases
• Verify subscription status and provide access to Premium features
• Identify errors and improve the App's performance and user experience
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

Eyaak Games does not sell your personal information.

3. Device Permissions

• Camera: Used to record video responses.
• Microphone: Used to record audio as part of video responses.
• Photo Library: Used only when you choose to select, save, or share media.

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related App feature from working.

4. AI Analysis and Data Flow

If you choose to use AI Analysis, the data flow is as follows:

1. The App extracts the audio track from the video stored on your device.
2. The extracted audio is securely transmitted to Eyaak Games' servers.
3. Eyaak Games securely transmits the audio to Google Gemini API, provided by Google LLC, for speech-to-text conversion.
4. The generated transcript and the question selected in the App are then sent to Google Gemini API to generate the requested AI analysis.
5. The analysis result is returned to your device through Eyaak Games' servers.
6. The uploaded audio is automatically deleted from Eyaak Games' servers after processing is completed.

The data shared with Google Gemini API may include:

• Audio extracted from your recorded video
• The question selected in the App
• The speech transcript generated from the audio

This data is shared only to perform speech-to-text conversion and generate the AI analysis that you requested. Eyaak Games does not use the uploaded audio for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Google may process and retain API data in accordance with the applicable Google Gemini API terms, data-use documentation, safety and abuse-monitoring requirements, and Google Privacy Policy. Eyaak Games does not control data retained by Google under those terms.

5. User Consent

Before any data is transmitted for AI Analysis, the App displays an in-app consent screen that explains:

• What data will be sent
• That the data is first sent to Eyaak Games' servers
• That the data is then shared with Google Gemini API (Google LLC)
• Why the data is shared
• That the uploaded audio is deleted from Eyaak Games' servers after processing

You may cancel the operation instead of providing consent. If you do not tap Continue, the App does not transmit the audio, transcript, or selected question for AI processing.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With Google LLC through Google Gemini API when you explicitly request and consent to AI Analysis
• With RevenueCat, Inc. to validate, manage, and restore Premium subscriptions and determine whether Premium access is active
• With Apple when you initiate an App Store subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, or restoration
• With service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or operate the App, only as necessary to perform their services
• When required by applicable law, court order, or valid legal process
• When necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of users or Eyaak Games
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

Google Gemini API (Google LLC)

Eyaak Games uses Google Gemini API to convert recorded speech into text and generate the AI analysis requested by the user. Google processes the information it receives according to its applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.

RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.)

Eyaak Games uses RevenueCat to retrieve subscription products, validate App Store transactions, maintain subscription and entitlement status, and restore previous purchases. RevenueCat processes anonymous identifier, technical, receipt, transaction, and subscription information on our behalf for these purposes.

RevenueCat is not used by the App to analyze general user behavior, serve targeted advertising, or track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. We have not enabled advertising identifier integrations in RevenueCat.

Apple App Store

Premium subscription payments are processed by Apple under the terms and privacy practices applicable to your App Store account. Apple controls payment authorization, billing, renewals, refunds, and payment credentials.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Audio uploaded to Eyaak Games' servers for AI Analysis is automatically deleted after the requested processing is completed. Videos stored locally on your device remain under your control and may be deleted through the App or your device.

Google may retain API inputs, outputs, or related data for limited periods when required under its applicable service terms, including safety, security, and abuse-monitoring purposes. Google's retention practices are governed by Google's terms and policies.

Other technical or support-related information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

Subscription and transaction information is retained by RevenueCat as necessary to provide subscription validation, entitlement history, purchase restoration, reporting, fraud prevention, contractual compliance, and legal compliance. Apple retains purchase and billing information in accordance with its own policies. You may contact us to request deletion of information under our control, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and transaction-record requirements.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Data used for AI Analysis is transmitted using secure network connections.

No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law unless appropriate parental or guardian consent has been obtained. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Request a copy of certain information

12. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live, including locations in which Eyaak Games, Google LLC, RevenueCat, Inc., Apple, or their service infrastructure operate. Where required, reasonable steps are taken to apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Changes become effective when the updated policy is published.
